From $299 and up - Why are these prices so low?

Last Minute Vacation Rentals are properties that have not been rented by their owners at the regular price of $600 plus per week. The regular booking price is discounted 6 weeks in advance for a last minute deal. Enjoy the rewards of being flexible!

Last Minute Deals always arise as a result of an over supply of accommodations in a particular week. Usually it is because the resort has geared up occupancy for peak season demand and therefore has an over supply in non-peak shoulder weeks. In most cases these shoulder weeks have the same appeal in terms of weather and attractions as the peak season weeks without the influx of tourists that cause line ups at restaurants and send prices skyrocketing. As such, there can be some great deals at the last minute.

Caveat Emptor – Buyer Beware

Last Minute Vacation Rentals are ideal for individuals and couples that want to go to a particular area (say the Caribbean) but are flexible about the resort and dates. If you have to be at a particular place at a specific time (say for a wedding), then waiting for a last minute deal may not be your best option.

It is also easier to find last minute accommodations for small groups (2-4) than it is to find lodgings for larger groups (6 and more). Again, if you have a large group it may be in your best interests to book in advance.
